- NOTICE:� This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only.� Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI notice is voluntary and will not be returned.� The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. 1.� Purpose: The purpose of this RFI notice is to obtain Industry feedback to include comments, questions, concerns and inputs on the draft DOCAT5 Statement of Work (SOW). 2.� Program Details: The DOCAT5 program will provide depot onsite contract augmentee teams to perform maintenance and related tasks for the 309 Maintenance Groups at OO-ALC, Utah and the Aircraft Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Arizona.� Representative tasks will include the modification, maintenance, inspection, and repair of various weapon systems, related components, ground support equipment, and vehicles.� Task Orders will specifically define the scope of the requirement and schedules of deliverables.� The Contractor Management Staff is advised that it is not possible to determine the precise types or amounts of services that will be ordered during the term of the contemplated contract.� It is contemplated that Task Orders will be non-performance based and will require the augmentation of services provided by Air Force military personnel and DoD civilian employees.� The contractor shall have access to Government-furnished tools, technical data, equipment, workspace, and supplies as necessary to fulfill Task Orders issued under the contemplated contract and as specified in the individual Task Orders.� However, no part of this effort, the basic contract, or any task order issued under the basic contract shall be construed to require the contractor to provide personal services.� The performance of Task Orders must be diligently and conscientiously monitored at all times by the contractor and the government to ensure that only the contractor shall exercise supervision and control over Contractor personnel.
