- Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) in Orlando, Florida is soliciting businesses for an Exterior Cleaning Program of Buildings, Rooftops, Windows, and Parking Garages for VA facilities within the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS). The contractor shall plan, develop, and implement an exterior cleaning program for all OVAHCS buildings, structures, rooftops, walkways, and exterior windows. The designated areas are to be cleaned in their entirety (NOT spot cleaned). Best commercial practices shall be applied in the performance of work. All work shall be completed per approved and accepted industry standards throughout the duration of the contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supplies, and equipment.
