- Chemical/Flammable Hazardous Waste Storage (FHWS) Building This IS NOT a request for bids, quotes, or proposal. This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified sources. No award may be issued from this Request for Information Notice. Interested parties of any size may submit a response to this notice. �A site visit will be held at The Bureau of Engraving and Printing located at 14th & C Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. (Please see attachments for COVID 19 policy, and DRAFT SOW). �During the site visit interested parties will have the opportunity to tour potential building sites,�take rough measurements, and ask questions.� Be prepared to provide industry technicalrecommendations, and potential delivery lead time. � The site visit will be Friday December 10, 2021 between the hours of 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. (Eastern). At the conclusion of the site visit interested parties will have the opportunity to present questions in order to clarify the requirements in the DRAFT SOW. All questions shall be submitted no later than Thursday December 16, 2021 by 5:00p.m. (Eastern) to Michael.johnson@bep.gov and ��Kristi.Cavanaugh@bep.gov. Please RSVP by Tuesday December 7, 2021 5:00p.m. (Eastern)� to Michael.johnson@bep.gov and Kristi.Cavanaugh@bep.gov. Upon receipt of RSVP the POC and site visit entrance information will be provided.� � Please find attached OMB Form 3206-0277 Certification of Vaccination Form, to be completed by each person attending the site visit. You will be required to keep a copy with you during your time on BEP premises and may be asked to show the form upon entry to a federal building or federally controlled indoor worksite including all BEP facilities. If you employee have not been fully vaccinated or declines to provide information about their vaccination status, you must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test from no later than the previous 3 days prior to entry to a federal building, federally controlled indoor worksite, or federal land. �No information or documentation regarding the test result will be collected by the BEP but should be maintained by the Contractor.� The test must (1) be U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved, and (2) provide a dated result (for purposes of applying the requirement it must be from no earlier than the previous three (3) days)). In addition, all contractor employees must comply with published Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance for masking and physical distancing while on BEP premises and at a covered contractor workplace, as discussed in the Task Force guidance.�
