- AMENDMENT 04: This amendment provides some additional questions and answers, plus it fills in blanks in 52.204-8. Other than the Questions and Answers, no attachments have been updated with this amendment. AMENDMENT 003: This amendment replaces the SF 30 document, with the correct one: which states the due date is now 1 Dec 2021. This change matches the other documents and statements about the new due date. Please include and sign this SF 30 document with the other signed amendments. AMENDMENT 03: This amendment extends the due date to 1 Dec 2021, makes changes to Section L, the Cross Reference Matrix, and answers some additional questions. The Amendment SF30 indicates updates to Attachments 8, 12, 6, 15, 5, 10, 14, 11, and 3....however the only documents that have been updated are Attachments 5 and 10. AMENDMENT 002: This posts the rest of the documents that were supposed to be part of the Amendment 02. Contractors will not be required to acknowledge Amendments 01 and 02. AMENDMENT 02: This amendment changes the RFP # in all documents, deletes two clauses, makes changes to documents, makes changes to solicitation module (which documents need to be returned with the proposal), and provides answers to questions. Use the new RFP fist page, as Block 12 of the SF 33 (RFP) was updated to reflect that the proposal needs to be valid through 180 calendar days from the date for receipt of proposals. AMENDMENT 01: Posted 10 Nov 21 extends proposal due date to 29 Nov 21. Amendment 02 is anticipated to be posted early the week of 15 Nov 21 to provide responses to Q and A documents and updated solicitation documents. Draft versions of this Solicitation were previously advertised as FA489021R0007, but has now been changed to FA489022R0011. The Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center Enterprise (RPA SOC-E) Services Program provides for the sustainment of RPA-SOC-E mission systems, the operations and maintenance of equipment, and design/development of systems in support of combat lines. It provides critical C2 data, voice inter-connectivity and video relays to enable pilots and sensor operators to fly and control RPA worldwide for Air Combat Command (ACC), Air National Guard (ANG), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Education and Training Command (AETC). This ACC Acquisition Management Integration Center (AMIC) managed program requires RPA satellite communication sites support at Ramstein AB, Germany.
