Description
Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation from 23 November at 11pm AST to 6 December 2021 at 11pm AST Solicitation AE-2022-00003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is solicited a small business set aside competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $35M. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Questions shall be submitted to: 673d Contracting Squadron PKC, Attn: Christopher Nelson, e-mail: christopher.nelson.70@us.af.mil and Joshua Jordan, joshua.jordan@us.af.mil. Please forward all questions to Mr. Nelson and MSgt Jordan no later than 11:00 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time on 16 November 2021. A site visit will not be conducted for this requirement. An amendment will be issued answering all questions received, providing the Government�s answers. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time on 23 November 2021; quotes shall include the following: Part 1- Price � Submit one (1) copy of price schedule. � � � �2- Technical details � Submit one (1) copy of proposed equipment specification/product sheets. The vendor shall lease twenty-three (23) heated light sets (4kw-12kw) in clean and serviceable condition. This is a lease of light sets from 21 February 2022 to 20 March 2022. This requirement shall include all work, labor, fuel, materials, and equipment required to setup the light sets at four (4) separate locations in the vicinity of Fairbanks, Alaska 99703. These exact locations will be provided before award. This requirement shall include delivery, include generator to power the light sets, levelers, minimum of 32� tower, and a containment package. The awardee will be responsible for all maintenance and fuel to power the light sets for the duration of the exercise. Light Set Specification Minimum of 4kw-12kw Minimum 32� tower Levelers Generator to power light set Additional Specifications Contractor is required to assemble, inspect/maintain, disassemble and remove the light sets over the course of the exercise. Delivery: Light Sets should be setup, emplaced and operational NLT 0900 on 21 Feb 2022. Vendor will conduct a joint inspection/inventory with receiving agent prior to delivery and setup to ensure valid locations. Vendor shall provide a delivery POC no later than 72 hours prior to setup all sites Site is accessible by a road system and will require military base access Pick up:� Maintenance facility and associated equipment shall not be picked up NET 0900 and NLT 1700 on the20 March 2022. Government POC shall validate pick up schedule to the Vendor no later than 72 hours prior to pick up. Terms of Exchange or Relocation:� All unserviceable items in the temporary maintenance facility shall be replaced within 24 hours to working order. Vendor shall provide a 24 hour point of contact for all maintenance/repairs/replacement for shelter and associated equipment.
