Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0002420G5106 to General Dynamics Ordinance & Tactical Systems, Inc (GD-OTS) located in Williston, Vermont. This BOA order will satisfy the requirement for the necessary labor and materials to manufacture, assemble, test and deliver MK82 Mechanical Gyro Block Housing Assemblies. This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GD-OTS is the only qualified source that possesses the in depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 82 and system necessary to satisfy the Government's requirements to be procured under this BOA order. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities must contact GD-OTS directly.
