THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT FROM RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, NOR DOES IT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO PRODUCE A SOLICITATION IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS OR BIDS.� ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY AND NO MONETARY COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR RESPONSE PREPARATION OR FOLLOW UP REQUESTS. The scope of work for this project is OPM-SANG, Eskan Village located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia providing service in which to identify, and notify OPM-SANG vehicle traffic violations through Saudi Arabian Tamm Service. Contractor will pay all violations monthly and submit an invoice to OPM-SANG for reimbursement. BACKGROUND: U.S. citizens living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain drivers licenses and pay for any outstanding traffic/parking fines that arise while living in the Kingdom. The U.S. Citizens do not have bank accounts in the Kingdom which limits the ability of the citizen to obtain Saudi Governement services such as drivers licenses and pay the traffic/parking fines, as well as pay for Saudi Arabian government software licenses and other such organization fees and subscription requried to meet the KSA legal requirments. The U.S. Government is requesting interested businesses who would be willing to perform the following functions on all fee based service, but not limited to: Ability to to collect cash or credit card and process payment to different Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government for various types ministries on the behaves of� OPM-SANG Ability to check, identify, and notify OPM-SANG vehicle traffic violations through Saudi Arabian Tamm Service. Ability to pay for Saudi Arabian government softwares such as licenses SW, Moqueem, Abshar and others and other such organization fees and subscription requried to meet the KSA legal requirments. Ability to make payments to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order for U.S. Citizens to obtain drivers licenses, eye exam�etc. Ability to accept cash and credit card payments from U.S. citizens and, in-turn, pay the fees and fines on behalf of the citizens. Ability to come to the Al Eskan Air Base located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a weekly basis to collect the fees and fines. Be able to access the TAMM website (https://alnafitha.com/) and access ticket information for U.S. Government operated vehicles. Be able to purchase software license fees for use by U.S personnel. Have the ability to pay any ministerial fees or payments requiring direct banking efforts found in the future. The magnitude of this multi-year effort is between $75,000 and $150,000. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 921190 and PSC Code is R499.
