Description
This notice is issued on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy - Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR). WAPA RMR intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the software support of the web hosted applications from Open Access Technology International, Inc (OATI) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This requirement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15. WAPA is currently using the OATI webTrans, and all the other interrelated sister-programs indicated below. The North American Industry Standard (NAICS) is 518210 and the business size standard is $35 million. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be posted.
