PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PROPOSALS This is a DRAFT Solicitation request for proposals (RFP) (W58RGZ-21-R-0133) for a potential contract award associated with the Performance Work Statement entitled US Army Transport Aircraft Fixed Wing Life Cycle Services in support of the Fixed Wing Project Office (FWPO), Program Executive Office for Aviation (PEO AVN). Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the FWPO has ongoing needs for Contractor Logistics Support Services for Transport aircraft throughout their lifecycle. The FWPO is the life-cycle manager for all Army Fixed Wing aircraft. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be conducted on the basis of full and open competition utilizing best value procedures. Section J attachments have been uploaded individually. All questions and comments concerning this DRAFT RFP must be submitted via email by Monday, December 6, 2021. Verbal/telephonic questions or comments will not be entertained. �Should a potential offerer have questions regarding this DRAFT RFP, please email them to the following personnel: Mark E. Carlson: mark.e.carlson.civ@army.mil Heather Cooper: heather.e.cooper4.civ@army.mil This announcement also serves as a PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOTICE for Request for Proposal (RFP) W58RGZ-21-R-0133 for the FY 2023 - 2029 CLS services for Army Fixed Wing Transport Aircraft. This PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOTICE is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal RFP. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Fixed Wing Project Office (FWPO), anticipates issuance of an�RFP for the aforementioned services on or about, January 3, 2022. �Requirements will include, but are not limited to, beddown base operations, over and above requirements, elective improvements, and transition activities (phase-in and phase-out). The applicable NAICS code is 488190. This PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOTICE is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue an RFP, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Offerors may only submit proposals in accordance with the Formal Request for Proposal W58RGZ-21-R-0133 after it is published, and not with this synopsis notice.
