- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source ��������������������������� The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to EZ Way, Inc. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 - Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for Brooke Army Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, for a �Bariatric Shower Trolley. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing.� The notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� Interested and capable sources who submit capabilities in support of this requirement are responsible for appropriately marking information if it�s proprietary in nature.� The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. Due to the urgency of need, this requirement will be sole sourced.� Any capabilities received in response to this notice shall be considered for the future requirements.� No requests for capability briefings or telephonic inquires will be honored.
