Description

SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE NEW LONDON, GROTON, CT B571 NAUTILUS MUSEUM & LIBRARY PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to complete the project.� The project is to include full replacement of one roof section and repair of other roofing areas per the attached Statement of Work and Specifications.�� The work identified is to be provided by means of a Firm-Fixed Price type of contract.� The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (Sealed Bid) and is�reserved for the WOSB and EDWOSB sector. �The Government reserves the right to eliminate from consideration for award any or all offers at any time prior to award of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220 �Commercial & Institutional Building Construction� with a size standard of $39.5 million dollars.� The solicitation and resulting contract award will be a performance-based acquisition made to the responsible�Offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Invitation for Bid (IFB), provides the lowest price.
