- NSN 7R-1560-016905259-P8, TDP VER 001, QTY 2 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part/contract repair from other than the current source(s). Pre-solicitation Notie for the repair of NIIN: 016905259 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on sole source basis to the Boeing Company (81205) in Seattle, WA for repair. The Boeing Compnay is the only source that has received conditional approval and has expressed interest in the instant procurement. Repair of NSN 7RH 1560 016905259 P8, P/N 114A5020-408, Nomenclature: SLAT BOX SUB-ASSY,A -, Qty: 2 unit for the P8 Aircraft There are no drawing/data available. This source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for providing repair support of the above repair part. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed above and ti is expected that award will be made to this firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be dealyed to wait for SAR approval. NAICS CODE: 336413 PSC: 1560 UID: UIDrequirements will apply. Buy American caluses will apply and will be posted in the solicitation. The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provision, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15. Based upon market research, The Government is NOT using the plicies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons ma identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item WITHIN 5 days of this notice. This notice of intent is no a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a response and all proposals received within5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Gov ernment. Information received will normall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. RFQ/Slciitation will be posted to NECO. The approximate issue date for the Solicitation/ RFQ (N00383-21-Q-F375) will be 01 December 2021. No telephone requests will be honored and no hard copies will be mailed out.
