- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing and installing modular ramps at Veteran Beneficiary s place of residence to accommodate access/egress issues throughout the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) catchment area. The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN s) 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22. See description below for requirements and specifications. This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all verified sources to include qualified SDVOSB/VOSB to perform this potential requirement. Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. There is no solicitation available at this time, and this is not a request for quotes. INTERESTED RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name and DUNS, capability statement, business socio-economic status, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address.
