Description: Region 04, seeks to renovate office space on the 3rd floor of the Terry Sanford Federal Building (NC0111) in Raleigh, NC. The purpose of this project is to recapture vacant space, and relocate the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) into 4,569 usable square feet at the Sanford Federal Building. A portion of this work includes, but is not limited to: ? Reduce and reconfigure existing office layout, including demolition and design ? Provide communication wiring as needed for new offices and cubicles ? Provide security elements per VBA requirements The magnitude of construction range is $500,000 and $1,000,000. �
