All future announcements, to include�the final RFP,�will be made via Unclassified ARC at https://acq.westfields.net.� All Interested Vendors are encouraged to register via Unclassified ARC at https://acq.westfields.net in order to gain access to the final RFP upon release in September 2021. 6/1/2021�UPDATE:� PLEASE READ Following questions from industry regarding the announcement posted on 28 May 2021, the Government is providing clarification on the Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) approach being considered under Defender.� Please�go to the Unclassified ARC at https://acq.westfields.net. 5/28/2021�UPDATE:� PLEASE READ DEFENDER ANNOUNCEMENT:� Following feedback from industry, the Government is considering a modified Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) approach under Defender which would allow OCI mitigation at the subcontractor level while maintaining total OCI avoidance at the prime contractor level. Given this potential change in OCI approach, in conjunction with industry feedback received in response to the DRFP and the subsequent Q&A posted by the Government on 20 May 2021, the Government plans to follow up with the non-conflicted small businesses who indicated an intent to prime to obtain additional information on corporate capabilities and staffing in order to finalize market research.
