Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure expo setup and support services for booth rental at Midwest Clinic.�Services include carpet rental, cleaning services, furniture accessories, electrical services, material handling services, and display accessories. The rental services required will be rendered at this location and are required to allow Marines to fully execute their assigned duties during the convention. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to the firm of The Expo Group, L.P.; The Midwest Clinic Annual Conference, Booth# 838, McCormick Place West, 2301 S. Indiana Avenue, Chicago, IL. 60616. Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: The�contract is for a period of performance from 15-Dec-2021�to 18-Dec-2021. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
