Description
THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. THE SUBMISSION OF CAPABILITIES FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, AND OTHER MARKET INFORMATION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED AND ALLOWED UNDER THIS RFI.�This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (�OCC�) charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks and federal thrifts. It also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. The primary mission of Risk Analysis Division (RAD) within the OCC is to deliver economic and quantitative analysis to policymakers and bank examiners. RAD supports on-site and off-site supervision of banks, provides current economic analysis, supports policy development, and conducts original research to support the OCC mission of ensuring a safe and sound national banking system. The OCC is interested in identifying vendors who are capable of offering the services outlined in the draft SOW. Furthermore, the responses obtained will enable the OCC to refine the strategy for the development of this requirement in order to structure a solicitation that conforms to market situations and how the service if customarily made available commercially. To assist the OCC in identifying potential sources that possess the specific expertise, capabilities and experience the OCC is requiring the following be submitted: Submission Requirements: 1. Name of company with address, point of contact, phone, email, and website���� address, if applicable. 2. CAGE Code and DUNS number 3. Contract vehicle information, if you believe the OCC can use a GWAC to obtain these services. 4. Size of business and socioeconomic status (i.e., small, small disadvantaged business, woman owned, etc.) 5. NAICs code - The Government believes the most appropriate NAICs code for this requirement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. Do you believe this is the most appropriate? If not, please suggest an alternative NAICS code. 6. Statement of capability demonstrating your firm's ability to meet the requirement in accordance with the attached Statement of Work�(Not to exceed 10-pages). 7. Provide comments regarding the attached DRAFT Statement of Work document that is being used to define the requirement.� Does it provide sufficent detail�to provide �quote for services?� Is there anything missing in the document or unclear about the data requirement we are seeking ? All questions in regards to this RFI shall be submitted in writing to Berel Dorfman, via email berel.dorfman@occ.treas.gov no later than 12: P.M. EST, on December 3, 2021�and all answers will be posted via an amendment no later than December 8, 2021. All responses shall be submitted to Berel Dorfman, via email at berel.dorfman@occ.treas.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. EST, on December 10, 2021. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in this response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
