U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WI City: WAUPUN Delineated Area: North: Highway 49 South: State Highway 151 East: State Highway 151 West: Business 151 (State Madison Street) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,244 Space Type: Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,800 Space Type: Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 12 Years The U.S. Government currently occupies office, ware yard and related space in a building under lease in Waupun that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.��In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Space must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout.
