SYNOPSIS NSN: 2990-01-530-8740 Nomenclature: ARRESTER,SPARK EXHA P/N: 61-1132-001 PR: 91153612 This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control does not apply and Higher Level Quality Management does apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3C. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, AARDING THERMAL ACOUSTICS, CAGE 7TKH8, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages to: Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 144 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 4 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. The letter solicitation will be issued on or around 14 December 2021 and will close on or around 13 January 2021.
