- NOTICE TYPE:� �Pre-solicitation TITLE:� 4010-00-255-8343;4010-00-535-6591 and 4010-00-535-6592 Wire Rope Assembly, for a Long-Term Contract (LTC)/ Strategic Contract. Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic sole sources: Boeing Cage 81205 and Cable Moore, Inc. Cage 9R404, contract which will include (3) NSNs to support the following operational platforms: NSN(s) 4010-00-255-8343, Boeing and Cable Moore P/N: 25-66899-8; 4010-00-535-6591, Boeing and Cable Moore P/N: 25-77482-1 and 4010-00-535-6592, Boeing and Cable Moore P/N: 25-77482-2. The proposed action is intended to be awarded sole sources basis with one issued cage. The proposed sole source is list above. This item is solicited as HuBzone Small Business set Aside.� These item includes: critical item; export control; (ICBM) Intercontinetal Ballistic missile ; High level and First Article. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. �This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).� Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/).� ��This item is not a commercial item.� ��This item is a stock item.� ��Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).� The contract will be effective for base year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to (4) options year period.� �NSN: 4010-00-255-8343, the estimated annual quantity is 24 EA per contract period.� The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 6 EA each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 36 EA over the 5 years.� The minimum delivery order is 6 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 24 EA. ��Surge requirements are not applicable. Requested delivery is 157 days ARO. NSN: 4010-00-535-6591, the estimated annual quantity is 49 EA per contract period.� The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 12 EA (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 69 EA over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 12 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 49 EA. Requested delivery is 173 days ARO. �NSN: 4010-00-535-6592, the estimated annual quantity is 36 EA per contract period.� The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 9 EA (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 54 EA over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 9 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 36 EA.
