Description

The Federal Government holds an expiring�lease which includes approximately 41,000 gross square feet of existing Class A office, exhibition, or other special purpose space, in or near downtown Las Vegas, NV.� The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) may be�interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� NNSA will consider the relocation costs (i.e.,moving, alterations, and telecommunications), when deciding whether it should relocate or pursue a sole source.� The ideal space would fit building specifications in compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances; and would house public-facing customers such as a public reading room, the Nuclear Testing Archives, and a museum.� Ample parking for public visitors is required.� A five-year firm term lease with five one-year renewal options is intended.� Space must be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2023.
