- Description
- The U.S. Government (National Park Service) is seeking to lease housing (three bedroom unit, unfurnished or furnished, with kitchen, washer/dryer hookups, at least two full bathrooms, heating and air cooling system, and a two car parking space. The kitchen should include modern appliances such as a cooking range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, living space of at least 1,200 square feet, but no more than 3,000 square feet.� Utilities (i.e., electricity, gas, water, garbage, and sewer) may be included.� Landlord should also ensure routine maintenance and repairs are completed timely, and provide monthly landscape maintenance.� This housing is for seasonal staff and/or volunteers.� El Malpais National Monument requires the ability to lease residential unit for at least 2 years with the option of 5 years.
