Description
This acquisition will result in the award of a commercial service, Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Facility Support Contract (FSC) Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC). The proposed multiple award contract task orders will provide all labor, supervision, management, equipment, and materials (except those specified as Government furnished), for the following technical annexes:Annex 1401000 Family HousingAnnex 1402000 Unaccompanied HousingAnnex 1501000 Facility ManagementAnnex 1501001 Facility Management (Relocatable Facility)Annex 1502000 Facility InvestmentThis is a competitive 8(a) set-aside commercial service, FSC MASC for the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility (AOR), including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. The successful Offerors must be able to perform multiple task orders in multiple locations simultaneously. The description of the basic contract award is in Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 ? Provide Facility Support Services through an IDIQ contract with no fixed contract prices. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer, who will issue written task orders to the contractors. All task orders will be competed amongst the contractors in the resulting MASC Group on the basis of best value Tradeoff, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), or price only. Per FAR 15.304(c)(1)(ii)(B), price will be considered in the selection decision for each task order. The maximum shared capacity and not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of all contracts awarded is $249,000,000.
