Bidwell St. to Coloma St. to Duchow Way to Wales Dr. to School St.; E: Blue Ravine Rd. to E. Bidwell St.; S: Highway 50 (Lincoln Way); W: Folsom Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,100 Space Type: Office Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 1 5-year Option Additional Requirements: 24/7/365 Access to Space Contiguous Space No ground/first floor Space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
