- SYNOPSIS NSN: 6620-01-297-5576 Nomenclature: Transmitter, Pressure P/N: 3135-8604A, 7086M94P03 PR: 88593718 This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management does apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3B. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, AMETEK, INC CAGE 99564 and 97424, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages to: Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 360 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 30 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the issue date is 16 December 2021, closing on 18 January 2022. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
