Approved source(s):� Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc, 34345 P/N IPTE-DDG-1000-S-60G This procurement is SBSA Set-Aside, using Other Than Full and Open Competition. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, FOB at Origin, First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Production delivery is 141 DARO. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery may be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 15 DEC 21 closing 18 JAN 22.
