- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support 831st Transportation Battalion (831st TRAN BN) requirement for hotel accommodations / lodging services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the following location: Dubai.�The services to be procured under these BPAs are daily, weekly and/or monthly lodging accommodations and shall be in accordance with Attachment 0001, Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 15 January 2021. There is no minimum guarantee with award of a BPA.�The Government is issuing Solicitation W52P1J-21-Q-0013 on a Full-and-Open competitive basis. The Government anticipates awarding multiple BPAs, though it reserves the right to award only one BPA, or none at all. The Government reserves the right to add additional BPA holders in the future, if needed, and to remove BPA holders who fail to provide a quote on at least fifty (50) percent of issued request for quotes (RFQs) for the period of performance. The Government will award BPA(s) on a Fixed Price basis as detailed below.� Award(s) will be five (05) ordering periods with a length of twelve (12) months each and an evaluated six (06) month Option to Extend Services.
