- ***Amendment 0002 changes the original solicitation and Amendment 0001 as follows: The proposal due date has been extended from 7 December 2021 to 21 January 2022 In the attachment section: Amendment 0002 to the RFP: Attachment 1 - SRD DW-D-QAM LEBANON AIRFIELD OPS has been amended and re-attached to this RFP �Attachment 5 - PRICING SPREADSHEET is attached to this RFP CRM Round 2 Fillable pricing spreadsheet ***Amendment 1 to the RFP and CRM posted in the attachments section on 16 November 2021*** This is a Request For Proposal by the Air Force Materiel Command, Life Cycle Management Center, Battle Management Directorate, Aerospace Management Systems Division, Foreign Military Branch, AFLCMC/HBAK, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731, This Request For Proposal is to provide the Lebanese Armed Forces with one (1) (PAPI), one (1) (ILS/DME), two (2) DVOR/DME and associated support equipment, familiarization training, and support services.� This proposed effort is a Full and Open competition.� The Government will not pay for any proposal received in response to this Solicitation, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the proposal provided to AFLCMC/HBAK. This notice is not a commitment from the Government. The Offeror shall submit their proposal in accordance with Section L -Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors. The proposal is due no later than 07 December 2021 5:00PM EST. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman, concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
