Description

See Amendments Below. RFP Due date extended to December 3, 2021 at 10am EST. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cafeteria Grab and Go Services pursuant to the attached Terms and Conditions. The government anticipates award of a No-Cost Purchase Order for one base year and four option years beginning date of award. Small Business Vendors Only Instructions for the proper preparation of your proposal are set forth in the RFP Section 5, Instructions to Offerors. Evaluation will be completed as set forth in Section�6 of the RFP. To facilitate proper evaluation of your proposal, do not deviate from the format structure outlined in Section�6 of the RFP. Proposals are due Dec 3, 2021 at 10am. All questions shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov no later than November 24,2021 at 10am. All questions and answers will be provided to Offerors as an amendment to the solicitation. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposal. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally bind the Government.
