- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor shall the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 has an ongoing requirement for Kitchen Refrigerators and Additional Kitchen Equipment that will need to be installed at the James A. Haley s VAMC s new building in Tampa, Florida. The procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement will be 333415 with a size standard of 1250 Employees. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov. Offerors must obtain all notices and amendments to the solicitation through this website. Hard copies will not be mailed.
