Description: USDA has the need for integrated warehouse and storefront software solution to support the USDA Material Management Service Center (MMSC) located in Beltsville, MD as detailed in the attached document. Based on initial research USDA believes a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) consisting of warehouse management system and storefront platform can be utilized to meet our needs.� If an interested vendor believes they can accomplish the goals of this project utilizing existing open-source solution(s) USDA would be interested those responses as well.��
