Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source procurement action to Unify Inc. for maintenance and service of an existing command and control communications system under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other necessary items and services necessary to accomplish the level of maintenance required.� This maintenance contract will include the regular maintenance and repair of all CP/ALT CP, 3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment.� The communications System must be operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.� Seimens HP4000 System Equipment Warranty/Maintenance The contractor�s primary technical services shall be performed by individuals who are trained, qualified and experienced in performing maintenance and repair of the CP/Alt CP,3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment, crisis management, dispatch consoles, and all associated Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) telecommunications hardware and software that are installed throughout JBER Please e-mail your response to the following primary address:� robin.cole-barden.1@us.af.mil, no later than 10:00 am Alaska Standard Time, 18 November 2021.��
