Description: The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from vendors and organizations in regard to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) workflow and processing system to support. HHS-OIG plans to acquire a system that can process FOIA requests for the Office of Inspector General, replacing a legacy system that has reached its end-of-life.� The system must be capable of integrating with other HHS-OIG�s electronic components and automated systems and must provide basic functionality for processes performed by FOIA staff.� (See attachment for details)
