- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure a Competitive Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Small Business Set Aside - Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to provide Anti-Radiation Missile (ARM) Mechanical Support Equipment and related Teardown and Refurbishment. *Anticipated Time Frame: Estimated RFP Release: 12/2021 Estimated Award: 05/2022 Period of Performance: 5 Years All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The Solicitation will be posted in SAM.� However, all volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil OR by email. Proposal Submissions by email shall be sent to Payton Sutton, payton.r.sutton.civ@us.navy.mil.� No other submissions, such as mail, hand-carried, proprietary, or other electronic system (e.g., DOD SAFE) will be evaluated.� We encourage all Offerors to register in PIEE using the instructions attached to this synopsis. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities within beta.sam.
