- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Glomax, Inc. of Fishers, IN for a comprehensive annual maintenance and support for the virtual Nexodose application in accordance with OEM standards. Services shall include all updates and upgrades to the software, 24/7/365 phone application support and application maintenance. The annual maintenance services described in this document are to include additional coding and software required to fully integrate and implement the NEXODose system. All work shall be completed remotely through a pre-existing VPN that was set up during the initial installation of the software. NAICS 811219 applies and the small business size standard is $22 Million. The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive annual maintenance and support for the virtual Nexodose application utilized at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the period of December 7, 2021 through December 6, 2022 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 7:00 am on December 7, 2021.
