- Subject: Command Suite Rooms 139I & 139G, Building 10471 Wall Removal **This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project. Remove existing wall between the listed rooms, relocate electrical and communication ports, reinstall ceiling grid with new ceiling tile matching existing tiles, replace carpeting as necessary to create a finished open and continuous room/office space. Dispose of wall, carpet, tile and debris associated with this remodel. IAW FAR 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about December 14, 2021 on�beta.SAM.gov web page. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in�System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
