Description
Update 1- November 30, 2021: Attached sign-in sheet for Site Visit.� The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Contract Operations Branch is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Exterior Masonry Restoration Project at the Portland Custom House in Portland, ME. The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: The U.S. Government has a requirement for the United States General Service Administration at the Portland Custom House in Portland, ME. The Work entails complete restoration of the East and West Elevations/Facades of the building. There is an option for all four sides of the Cupolas along those Elevations/Facades. � This procurement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS Code is�236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction,�with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The proposal due date is December 17, 2021. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for November 30, 2021 and all questions regarding the site visit and RFP are due on December 06, 2021 at 12:00pm. Technical documents are available through the secure website via beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror�s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the RFP, and amendments and any related information.�
