Description

DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure of Gantry Robotic Ceramic Peening System and one (1) option year with contract completion required by 180 days after award for TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. A Complete technical data package VIBB 19-405-1011 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for Gantry Robotic Ceramic Peening System and one (1) option year, IUID Tag, Installation, Training, Testing and ISO 9001 are attached to the Solicitation. DLA-A intends to issue Request for Proposal SPE4A8-22-Q-0027 is anticipated to issue on or around Friday, 17 December 2021. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination DLA-A intends to issue an Unrestricted solicitation.� Requesting Brand Name products as follows: 1. Proportion Air Regulator Systems: Brand Name Only; NO SUBSTITUTIONS. 2. EI Magna Valves and Flow Controllers: Brand Name Only; NO SUBSTITUTIONS.� 3. Goodyear Plicord 4-Ply Pressure Blast Hose: Brand Name or Equal.� 4. SWECO Screens: Brand Name Only; NO SUBSTITUTIONS. 5. Fanuc 31i CNC Controller and Fanuc Motors: Brand Name only; NO SUBSTITUTIONS. 6. Gantry Robot: Fanuc Servo Drives/Amplifiers for all axes. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
