This is a market survey for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes an official Request for Information (RFI) as defined by FAR 15.201(e). This is a sources sought notice (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability and availability of sources with elevator and lift maintenance and repair experience.� The FEAD Parris Island, South Carolina�is seeking qualified companies to provide Elevator and Lift Maintenance and Repair Services for the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island and the Naval Hospital Beaufort (NHB), South Carolina.� The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform elevator maintenance and repair services as described in the Performance Work Statement and associated attachments.� The work will be accomplished under a combination Recurring/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Non-Recurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option periods. Estimated contract start date is 1 March 2022.� Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee.� If the Government does not award a follow-on contract on time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six (6) months under the Option-to-Extend Services clause. Sources sought include small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.� The NAICS code is 238290 (Other Building Equipment Contractors).� The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. Interested vendors should at a minimum, fill out and submit the attached Sources Sought Information Request Form, inclusive of the following information:� Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, business size, and disadvantaged, 8(a) or HUBZone status.� Vendors are also invited to provide the following information, paying particular attention to address: contracts of similar scope and size, references, and record of past performance.� All responsible interested sources are encouraged to submit their capabilities in regard to the above no later than 9 AM on 22 December 2021.� All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
