- Subject: Sources Sought, LOGIQ P9 R3 Ultrasound System or equal for VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS), Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to support the procurement of LOGIQ P9 R3 Ultrasound System. This notice serves to survey the market in an attempt to ascertain whether or not sources are capable of providing the requested services. This notice allows potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability. The sources sought effort is intended to assess industry capabilities and develop/support the intended direction of acquisition planning. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is requesting responses from qualified business concerns; the qualifying NAICS code for this effort is 334517 IRRADIATION APPARATUS MANUFACTURING. This sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 334510. Responses to this notice, will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this notice, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this notice are not considered adequate responses to any corresponding solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this notice. Compatibility Intellispace/PACs Imaging software, Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) Dimensions Height: 52in-62in; Width: Keyboard 16.9in, Foot cover 19.5in, Monitor 20.7in; Depth: Foot cover 27in, Rear handle 29.1in Weight 150lbs Industry Standard use of ultrasound waves to produce images to assist in diagnostic and plan of care decisions. Purpose to aid in the diagnosis and plan of care decisions for Endocrinology patients. Complete generic identification Point of care ultrasound machine must be able to be transported easily from one building to another. The machine has a similar size to a laptop computer and can be used with cart. The ultrasound provides imaging with precise anatomical detail at a variety of depths with modes that assist in interventional procedure success. Electrical power includes voltage 100-240 Vac, Frequency 50/60Hz, Power consumption max of 500 VA with peripherals. Console Design includes 4 (minimum) active probe ports, integrated solid state drive, On board Storage for BW printer, integrated speakers, probe holders, front handle and probe light. User interface Ergonomic full size key board, swivel-adjustable, height-adjustable, digital keyboard, and 10.4 LCD touch screen. Product has a 21.5 inch wide screen high resolution color LCD with brightness adjustment, integrated speakers, audio volume adjustment and 1024x768 resolution. The ultrasound includes an alphanumeric keyboard and ability to control the console from the transducer. The product must have the following operating modes: PW Doppler (PDI) with high PRF, M-Color Flow Mode, Coded Harmonig Imaging, Anatomical M-Mode, and Curved Anatomical M-Mode. The display has the capability for multi-image split screen with simultaneous multi-mode viewing capability. Must be compatible with 4.2-22.0 MHz imaging frequency probes. Disease or sub-specialty specific software recognition to aid in diagnosis and treatment strongly preferred. The Department of Veterans Affairs is neither seeking quotes nor accepting unsolicited quotes, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
