Description
The 764th ESS would like to thank everyone who participated the in the Industry Days and One-on-One Sessions. The team values your input and has taken it into consideration in developing the strategy for A&AS V (previously called A&AS Next). We are considering the following acquisition strategy and the attached evaluation criteria and would welcome feedback via email. At this time, we do not have another Industry Day or One-on-One sessions scheduled. Another announcement on beta.sam.gov will be posted should we decide to hold another Industry Day or One-on-One sessions. A&AS Scope: The A&AS V contract will provide personnel and services of the following types: Management and Professional support Services; Studies, Analyses, and Evaluations; Engineering and Technical Services. Historical A&AS IV Task Orders: Please see attached Historical A&AS Task Orders Historical A&AS IV Contract Ceiling: $95M Anticipated A&AS V Value: $200M Anticipated A&AS V Ceiling: $500M or unlimited Anticipated Award: 4th Quarter 2022 Anticipated Performance Start: 3rd Quarter 2023. Note: We estimate four months will be required for initial DOCPERs approval in addition to initial task order competitions and normal transition periods. Contract Type: Multiple Award IDIQ with 3-5 Awardees Pricing: Task Order Pricing with Cost Reimbursement and Cost Plus Fixed Fee Evaluation Method: Phase 1: Highest Technically Rated Offer (HTRO) methods would identify the top 5-7 offerors. Attached is a draft Self-Scoring Matrix that may be used for this acquisition. If required, the Contracting Officer could implement Phase 2 in the source selection. Phase 2: The top 5-7 offerors would take part in oral presentations to determine the final 3-5 Awardees. Presentations may take place either in person or virtually. Questions to Industry: Given the above information would your company consider competing for this contract? If not, what factor do you see as unfavorable for your company?
