General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, at VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and NCO-8 intends to issue a Design-Build for project number 672-21-000. The purpose of this project is to design and construct to repair damages that occurred during Hurricane Irma and María in September 2017. The scope of work (SOW) for this project follows the recommendations from the VA Central Office Damage Assessment Team (DAT) findings for VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, PR. The magnitude of construction is: Between $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about December 29, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Beta.SAM.gov website at beta.SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV.
