- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWC-AD) intends to award a fixed price contract for one (1) Precision Pressure Controller Monitor (PPCM), Part Number 1890581001, NSN: 4920-01-284-3191 along with the accompanying spare parts as seen in the table below: Vacuum Pump Oil-free Setup for RMAF 230VAC 50Hz Power, ADC-2500-VAC-230 Pressure Pump Dry Air Setup for RMAF 230VAC 50Hz Power, ADC-2500-PRES-230 TTU-205 Ps Test Hose Assembly, TVCS-SH001-20-QD TTU-205 Pt Test Hose Assembly, TVCS-PH001-20-QD Vacuum Input Hose Assembly, ADC-2500-VAC-1-08 Pressure Pump Input Hose Assembly, ADC-2500-PRES-1-08 Tech Data Package, NPN The PPCM and accompanying spare parts are required to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case MF-P-GBN for the F/A-18D Royal Malaysia Air Force (RMAF) Program. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) TestVonics, Inc. (TestVonics) is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the PPCM. As the OEM, TestVonics is the only qualified manufacturer and supplier of the PPCM and accompanying spare parts and is the only known source that is capable of providing the PPCM with the same form, fit and function that is compatible with the existing Integrated Logistics Support (i.e., technical publications, spares inventory and calibration) already in place. Therefore, this action will be an establishment of a sole source contract action to TestVonics, Inc., operating out of Peterborough, NH 03458-1792 (Cage Code 1A9E1). ���� NAWC-AD intends to award this order under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1.� Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� No solicitation will be available for this procurement.� ����
