Description

AMENDMENT 0001 POSTED 6 DEC 2021 INSPECTIONS: STI - E85 Tank,�MOGAS,� & DIESEL FUEL� INTERNAL API - Bulk Tanks and Hydrant Tanks� EXTERNAL API - Hydrant Tank � � � � �May include UT, Wiper Seals, Roundness Survey, Strapping Charts and Fuel storage/transfer The tank Inspection shall be in conformance with applicable industry standards (API 653), NFPA 30, NFPA 326, UFGS 33 01 50.60, and in compliance with 40 CFR 112, UFC 3-460-01, UFC 3-460-03 and any other applicable federal, state, local, service or host nation requirements. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to execute the removal, transfer or disposal of remaining fuel, replace wiper seals, provide strapping charts, clean the tank, and perform an AST (in service or out of service) inspection on tanks. Amendment 0001 and Attacnment labled ""SP-POL-CMP-INPSECT-FY22-SMJ-PWS"" have been added to the solicitation.� Additional Documnets have been added to the attachment section of this solicitation for Previous Tank Inspections for Tank 10206, 10208,10242, 10227, 10104,10241.�
