- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 Effective on September 10, 2021. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://acquisition.gov. The solicitation W912NR-22-R-0004 is issued as a Request for Proposal. This procurement is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels). This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded as best value using trade off method where technical is considered most important than past performance and price. Technical is considered more important than Past Performance, and Price. The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with offer. The Louisiana Army National Guard Family Programs Office has a Lodging requirement for a Yellow Ribbon event held in Baton Rouge, LA 7-9 January 2022 see the PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. This is an all or none award. The provision at FAR 2.212-1, Instruction to Offerors � Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offer must include: - Proof of adherence to provided specifications (offers will be checked for technical acceptableness based on requirements). - Past performance with Government Yellow Ribbon Event contracts within the past four (4) years. Limit of three (3) past performances submitted with proposal. - Listing of Hotels meeting all requirements within in the Performance Work Statement. ����������� Format: Hotel Name, Address, Hotel POC, �Confirmation Number/Verification # for YRT Event.� FAR provision 52.212-2 is applicable to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical Evaluation Criteria: 1) Quantity of Hotels listed in submitted proposal.��Preference to least amount of hotels. 2) Proximity of Hotels listed in submitted proposal in relation to Downtown Baton Rouge, LA. Price Evaluation: Price will be evaluated for reasonableness. � Past Performance � Government will evaluate Past Performance based upon relevancy, complexity and scope of magnitude to requirements of this PWS by reviewing submitted past performance questionnaires or FAPPIS submissions.
