- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: North: East Tupper St to West Tupper St East: Michigan Ave South: South Park Ave/Buffalo River West: S Elmwood Ave Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,886 ABOA SF � 13,530 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Cancellation Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: - The Government requires 3 covered reserved and 19 unreserved parking spaces in an on-site or adjacent parking garage, within approximately one block walking distance. - The Government requires contiguous space on one or more floors to be located on the third floor and above, and the space shall not be above ledge spaces such parking decks, loading dock areas, mezzanines, partial roofs, adjacent an outside fire escape, or balconies. - Agency must have 24-hour access to the space and 24-hour HVAC services. - A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100- year flood plain. - At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options.
