N: Northern Boundary of Jefferson Co, North of 265 and Oldham Co. E: Easternmost boundaries of Oldham and Shelby counties. W: Interstate 265 and State Highway 155. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,700 Space Type: Office, Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 60 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: N/A Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
