- 4 Aug 2021: REMINDER TO ALL CONTRACTORS THAT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THE PROJECT AT BUILDING 570. YOUR PROPOSALS ARE DUE ON (5 AUG 2021 @ 3:00 PM EST). PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO brian.hawk@us.af.mil FOR A DOD SAFE DROP OFF REQUEST. (Your DOD Safe Drop Off submission must be sent no later than 3 PM EST to be considered on time. If the DOD Safe system time stamp is after 3 PM EST your proposal will not be opened. 27 Jul 2021: Questions/answers that were gererated as a result of the site visit at B570 on 15 Jul�2021 are attached. The original questions are encluded with new Q&A added to pages 4&5. 6 Jul 2021:� A second pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for 15 July 2021 at 9:00 AM EST. All attendees shall meet No Later Than (NLT) 8:30AM EST at�6889 Dorchester Rd North Charleston SC 29418 (old burger king on Dorchester Rd down the street from the front gate) to board Government transportation to the conference location, Bldg 570.�Offerors are encouraged to attend and are requested to contact Mark Graveline (mark.graveline.1@us.af.mil or (843) 963-4993�NLT 08 Jul 2021) if you plan to attend. When emailing Mark please provide the following information in this order: First and Last Name, Company, email address and phone number. Note: Please have a valid form of ID with you in the event you are asked to present identification. The deadline for all questions pertaining to this solicitation will be 19 Jul 2021 at 12:00 PM EST. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS.�
