- This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of providing armed security guard services within the following Combatant Commands� Area of Responsibility (AOR): PACOM, NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and INDO-PACOM.� For historical reference, there is ongoing performance in Mogadishu (AFRICOM) and Kuwait (CENTCOM). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market research request is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses are not offers and cannot be accepted by the USG to form a binding contract. The information provided in this Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding on the USG. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Please clearly identify any information your company considers proprietary. �No classified, confidential, or sensitive information shall be included in a response to this Sources Sought. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Contractors are requested to provide the following within their Capability Statement: 1. Proof your company is compliant with ANSI/ASIS PSC-1. 2. Identify assets (Light Armored Vehicles, weapons, personnel) currently located within each Unified Combatant Command AOR (PACOM, NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and INDO-PACOM) by type and quantity. 3. Detail capability to deploy armed guards to multiple locations in multiple countries concurrently. Contractors shall provide all mobilization, demobilization, management, and supervision of armed security guards in multiple locations. The Capability Statement shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Ashlee Asplund, Ashlee.g.asplund.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00PM CT Friday, January 7, 2022.
