- The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that a Virtual Industry Day will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. The presentation will begin promptly at 9:00 AM Washington, DC Local Time and last until 11:00 AM Washington, DC local time. The purpose of this Virtual Industry Day will be for the Government to present information regarding its Health Care Benefits Services for the forthcoming acquisition. We are soliciting feedback to inform healthcare best practices, industry standards, and incentive and disincentives to encourage the delivery of high quality health care customer service, claims processing, and reduction on Provider medical cost, within the applicable statutory and regulatory limitations.� Please note that the term �Industry Day� is used in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and is intended to encompass the full range of entities who may be interested in participating in this acquisition.
